Translate business goals and product requirements into technical solutions within Adobe Experience Manager
Gather, analyze, and address technical and design requirements for web solutions
Conduct code and design reviews and support the technical implementation of web projects throughout the development lifecycle
Develop reusable components, code, and libraries to support scalable and maintainable solutions
Collaborate with developers, designers, and adjacent teams to deliver integrated technical solutions
Prepare and deliver demos, documentation, and training sessions for content creators when required

CMS Tools

Front-end Development

React

Proven experience in AEM or similar enterprise CMS development, ideally 2+ years
Strong understanding of the full web development lifecycle: design, development, testing, and deployment
Strong experience in Java backend development and CMS component-based architectures (e.g. HTL, JCR or equivalents), with exposure to AEM headless architecture
Familiarity with GraphQL for AEM content queries and integrations
Familiarity with React, SPA Editor, or front-end frameworks (e.g. Next.js, Angular) integrated with AEM would be considered a plus
Hands-on experience in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and code reviews
