Collaborate with development teams to improve reliability through testing, releases, and production readiness
Automate manual processes and build scalable, highly available systems with proactive monitoring
Balance delivery speed and system reliability using SLOs and ITSM practices
Support incident response, on-call rotations, and disaster recovery processes
Promote SRE culture through documentation, runbooks, and cross-team knowledge sharing

DevOps

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
2+ years of programming experience (Python, Java, or similar)
Experience with Unix/Linux, shell scripting, and PowerShell
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef) is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to deliver high-quality results on time
Good communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
