Gather and analyse business requirements, identify process improvements, and translate them into SAP SD solutions
Design end-to-end SAP SD processes (Order-to-Cash, Pricing, Billing, Delivery, Logistics, Returns) aligned with SAP best practices and localization requirements
Participate in SAP SD implementation and enhancement projects, including configuration, functional specifications, and SIT/UAT testing
Provide 3rd-level support, troubleshoot complex SAP SD issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SAP FI, MM, EWM, BASIS, ABAP) and external vendors/integrators to ensure seamless system integration and delivery

SAP S/4HANA

SAP SD - Sales and Distribution

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of hands-on SAP SD experience with participation in at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations
Strong knowledge of SAP SD, Order-to-Cash processes, Pricing & Billing, SAP IS-Retail, and SAP Greek localization
Experience in retail or high-volume environments, with basic ABAP debugging and functional specification skills
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
