Ownership of SAP SuccessFactors configuration, enhancements, integrations and HR systems support
Lead implementation, rollout, testing, UAT and deployments of HR system initiatives
Translate HR business needs into system solutions and process improvements
Support integrations with SAP, payroll and third-party systems and maintain documentation
Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshooting and issue resolution for HR systems

HR Strategy

SAP

University degree in Information Systems, HR, or related field
2+ years of experience with HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
Experience delivering HR process automation and system improvements
Good understanding of core HR processes (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Learning)
Familiarity with integrations between HRMS, payroll, and training systems
