We are currently looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Support & Success Specialist, who will be the front line of our customer experience and will play a key role in handling day-to-day inquiries while onboarding and supporting our growing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Handle 1st-level customer inquiries and support via email, chat, and online calls.
  • Answer product questions and guide customers through troubleshooting everyday issues.
  • Route complex technical issues to the correct internal teams and follow through to resolution.
  • Assist new accounts with their initial setup to ensure a smooth and successful start.
  • Develop friendly, trusting relationships with customer contacts.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and product training sessions for users.
  • Keep an eye on account performance and proactively flag any early concerns.
  • Gather customer insights for product improvement.
