We are currently looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Success Specialist, who will be the front line of our customer experience and will play a key role in handling day-to-day inquiries while onboarding and supporting our growing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Own 1st-level customer inquiries across email, chat, and online calls, ensuring timely and empathetic responses.
  • Become a trusted product expert, guiding customers through questions and everyday troubleshooting with confidence.
  • Triage and escalate complex technical issues to the right internal teams, owning the follow-up until full resolution.
  • Lead new account onboarding, setting customers up for early success and long-term product adoption.
  • Build genuine, long-term relationships with customer contacts, acting as their go-to partner.
  • Drive proactive engagement through regular check-ins and tailored product training sessions.
  • Monitor account health metrics and proactively identify risks before they become issues.
  • Champion the voice of the customer internally, translating feedback into actionable product insights.
