Collaborating with top-tier European manufacturers, we specialize in urban, street, sports, and infrastructure lighting that upgrades public spaces, sports facilities, and urban landscapes across Greece.

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Engineer, who will work directly on project development and will play a key role in identifying market opportunities, managing public tenders, and driving sustainable business growth within the lighting sector.

Responsibilities

  • Development and monitoring of technical lighting projects (infrastructure, urban renewals, sports facilities, etc.).
  • Networking with technical public services, engineering consultants/designers, and public sector authorities.
  • Identification of new projects and commercial opportunities in the market.
  • Management and cultivation of existing partnerships.
  • Participation in public procurement/tenders and preparation of application files.

  • Academic technical background in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field.
  • Demonstrated track record in a similar sales engineering role, ideally within technical lighting or infrastructure projects.
  • A strong combination of technical engineering knowledge and commercial, value-driven business acumen.
  • Confident communicator, skilled at presenting to technical experts and executive decision-makers.
  • Availability to travel and commute for site visits and business meetings.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Valid driver's license
