Translate business requirements into Dynamics 365 solution designs.
Configure and develop solutions using Dynamics 365 & Power Platform (including custom plugins/APIs when needed).
Build and support integrations with external systems (ERP, IVR, eCommerce), ensuring data consistency.
Collaborate with stakeholders and architects for requirements, estimation, and solution alignment.
Ensure solution quality, performance, scalability, and continuous improvement through testing and optimization.

REST APIs

BSc in Computer Science or a related field
3+ years of experience in CRM systems, enterprise applications, or software development roles
Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar), including strong understanding of core CRM processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong development and configuration skills (C# / .NET or similar), with hands-on experience in APIs and system integrations
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Dataverse; basic knowledge of Azure integration patterns is a plus
