Define and evolve the company’s employer brand strategy aligned with overall brand and people strategy and positioning
Develop employer brand messaging, campaigns, and initiatives focused on attraction, engagement, and retention
Ensure consistent employer branding across all internal and external touchpoints
Collaborate with HR, leadership, branding, and creative teams on employer brand strategy and execution
Lead career-focused initiatives such as Career Days and internal culture campaigns
Stay ahead of employer branding, talent, and culture trends, bringing fresh ideas and best practices

Branding

Employer Branding

Bachelor's degree or MBA in Marketing, Communications or related field
5-7 years of experience in Brand or EVP related marketing roles
Strong project management, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills
High emotional intelligence and empathy
Strong understanding of brand architecture, brand equity and positioning frameworks
Experience translating organizational culture into brand narratives
Experience in managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign effectiveness
Strong Media & Campaign rollout experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Greek/English)
