LDK Consultants is a leading Greek engineering consultancy specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to participate in our BIM processes, standards, and coordination workflows across multidisciplinary projects.
Participate and coordinate BIM implementation across MEP projects.
Maintain and enforce BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
Coordinate BIM activities between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams.
Manage Revit models and ensure quality control and data consistency.
Support project teams with BIM execution plans (BEP) and project setup.
Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks, ACC Issues, or similar platforms.
Configure and manage ACC projects.
Provide technical guidance to engineers and BIM modelers.
Collaborate with consultants and contractors throughout project phases.
Monitor project delivery timelines and BIM-related performance
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator in MEP projects.
Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks, ACC Platform.
Strong understanding of BIM standards and project coordination procedures.
Experience with BIM execution planning and multidisciplinary coordination.
Communication and organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Experience with international projects.
Experience with REVIT family creation and parameter configuration.
Knowledge of Autodesk BIM related tools, Dynamo, Python or other.
Familiarity with BIM standards (ISO 19650)
