On behalf of our partner, a leading international organization in the HVAC industry, we are seeking a Sales Engineer – Commercial Solutions to join its growing team.

This role is ideal for a technically strong Mechanical Engineer who combines engineering expertise with commercial awareness and enjoys working closely with customers, sales teams, and international stakeholders.
 

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize HVAC solutions, including VRF, hydronic, and applied systems.
  • Analyze customer requirements and evaluate technical tenders.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
  • Support customers throughout the quotation and project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Sales, HQ, and internal departments to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project pipelines, forecasts, and commercial opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing policies, commercial terms, and internal procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, tools, and best practices.

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HVAC engineering, technical sales, or commercial support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including VRF, AHU, and hydronic applications.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
  • Experience with HVAC selection and design software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Fluent Greek and English.
  • Italian language skills will be considered an asset.
