Basic Information

Quant Lab Private Capital Co. is looking for a Senior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, tax compliance, and financial reconciliations.

The ideal candidate will thrive in our modern, dynamic working environment. This full-time position is based at our branch office, located at 12 Georgiou Chatzidaki St., Athens.

Responsibilities

Post and manage accounting entries (double-entry bookkeeping).
Perform accounting checks and reconciliations (bank accounts, customers, suppliers, trial balances, fixed assets, payroll, etc.).
Reconcile accounting records with electronic platforms (myDATA, e-send, etc.).
Prepare and submit statutory and tax returns (VAT, payroll taxes, etc.).
Utilize Pylon / Hyper (Epsilon Net) commercial and accounting software.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality management systems and internal workflow processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an AEI/TEI.
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a corporate accounting department or an accounting firm.
Excellent knowledge of Greek GAAP (ELP) and myDATA platform.
Advanced computer literacy, with expertise in MS Excel.
Fluency in both Greek and English (written and verbal).
Strong analytical and goal-oriented mindset, with a high sense of responsibility for meeting deadlines.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Completed military obligations (for male candidates).
