PAREA Group is a real estate development and hospitality investment group with active projects across the Cyclades (Paros, Mykonos), Athens and Cyprus. We are looking for a Construction & Development Manager to take ownership of execution across our portfolio.
Based in Athens or Paros, with regular travel, you will be the on-the-ground owner of schedule, contractors, and site execution across multiple concurrent projects - villas, hospitality assets, and development sites. You will report directly to the COO and CEO, working with autonomy and responsibility from day one.
Execution schedule and critical-path milestones across all active projects
Tendering, bills of quantities, contractor selection and on-site quality control
Liaison with engineers, architects, the archaeology committee, and municipal utilities
Preparation of project budgets and payment requests for management approval
Direct management of on-site administrative support staff
Weekly reporting to ownership through our central project tracking system
Civil engineering, architecture, or construction management background
Proven experience managing multiple concurrent construction sites independently
Fluent in Greek and English (essential; daily contact with authorities, contractors, and an international ownership team)
Comfortable owning budgets and contractor negotiations, not just site supervision
Working proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (budget tracking, cost reporting, presentations to leadership)
