A technical engineering company based in Athens seeks an experienced Civil Engineer or Architect to manage, review and process illegal building regularizations under Law 4495/17. The role involves both office-based work and field activities including site surveys and inspections.

Responsibilities
Manage, review and process building regularization applications according to Law 4495/17
Conduct field work including site surveys and inspections
Perform calculations and data entry into the Technical Chamber of Greece (ΤΕΕ) information system
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Survey & Rural Engineering
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Surveying Engineering (ΠΕ/ΤΕ)
Proven experience of at least 5 years in building regularization processes under Law 4495/17
Experience in both field work (surveys, inspections) and office work (calculations, data entry)
Excellent knowledge of urban planning legislation
Proficiency with design software (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, etc.)
