We are looking for a Presales Engineer to join our team.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with customers, partners, and internal teams, offering technical guidance and sales support throughout the pre-sales process. Additionally, you will contribute to successful project execution and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

You will:

Handle incoming customer inquiries and requests for equipment and technical solutions.
Select appropriate products and prepare accurate customer quotations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Meet with leads and customers to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Provide technical and commercial support throughout the pre-sales process.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Support the development of new business opportunities and contribute to the achievement of sales objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
0-5 years of experience in roles such as Proposal Engineer, Presales Engineer, etc.
Previous experience in sales processes related to public and/or private sector projects.
Excellent command of English.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales workflows.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into appropriate solutions.
