Basic Information

CORDIA S.A., a leading company in its sector, is seeking an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer (University Degree - AEI) for immediate employment in Thessaloniki. The selected candidate will be responsible for the supervision of technical maintenance activities and electrical/mechanical projects, related to the management of contracts undertaken by CORDIA on behalf of its clients.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical installations.
  • Be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the services provided, while ensuring that all personnel safety measures are implemented in accordance with applicable legislation.
  • Prepare maintenance schedules for Electromechanical (E/M) installations within CORDIA's contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate and supervise preventive maintenance activities for E/M installations.
  • Monitor operations to ensure the uninterrupted provision of services.
  • Coordinate and supervise corrective maintenance and repair works on E/M installations.
  • Participate in regular and ad hoc meetings with client representatives.
  • Prepare periodic reports in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Monitor compliance of CORDIA personnel and subcontractors with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental protection policies, regulations, and procedures.
  • Be available to respond to major emergency failures that may affect the uninterrupted operation of client facilities.
  • Prepare technical reports and techno-economic proposals.

Good to have

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical & Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University (AEI).
  • Independent services contract preferred, due to rotational/part-time employment arrangements.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in a structured work environment.
  • Good command of the English language and computer applications.
  • Good understanding of electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage multiple priorities and alternative action plans.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge and experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management.
