Basic Information

CORDIA S.A., a leading company in its sector, is seeking an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer (University Degree - AEI) for immediate employment in Thessaloniki. The selected candidate will be responsible for the supervision of technical maintenance activities and electrical/mechanical projects, related to the management of contracts undertaken by CORDIA on behalf of its clients.

Responsibilities

Supervise the operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical installations.
Be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the services provided, while ensuring that all personnel safety measures are implemented in accordance with applicable legislation.
Prepare maintenance schedules for Electromechanical (E/M) installations within CORDIA's contractual obligations.
Coordinate and supervise preventive maintenance activities for E/M installations.
Monitor operations to ensure the uninterrupted provision of services.
Coordinate and supervise corrective maintenance and repair works on E/M installations.
Participate in regular and ad hoc meetings with client representatives.
Prepare periodic reports in accordance with contractual requirements.
Monitor compliance of CORDIA personnel and subcontractors with Health & Safety regulations.
Ensure adherence to environmental protection policies, regulations, and procedures.
Be available to respond to major emergency failures that may affect the uninterrupted operation of client facilities.
Prepare technical reports and techno-economic proposals.

Good to have

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical & Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University (AEI).
Independent services contract preferred, due to rotational/part-time employment arrangements.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong technical knowledge and experience in a structured work environment.
Good command of the English language and computer applications.
Good understanding of electrical drawings and schematics.
Valid driving license.
Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage multiple priorities and alternative action plans.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge and experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management.
