Basic Information

The Production Foreman reports directly to the Senior Foreman / Production Manager and is responsible for supervising daily coating operations, ensuring that processes, procedures, and products meet required standards, and achieving the productivity, quality, and safety objectives for each order.

Responsibilities

 
  • Supervise and coordinate production staff to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of daily activities.
  • Ensure full adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements, including occupational risk assessments and proper use of PPE.
  • Monitor production operations and product quality to ensure each order meets specifications within the planned timeline.
  • Participate in daily production meetings, conduct site inspections, report incidents, and maintain records to support planning and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate weekly shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing to meet production demands.
  • Support training and skill development of production personnel to ensure proper knowledge of processes and equipment.
  • Identify and report equipment issues or abnormalities to maintenance and management.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff during emergencies or disruptions, ensuring safe and controlled response.
  • Allocate resources, and assign tasks, prioritizing based on urgency, workload, and available manpower.
  • Promote teamwork, discipline, and effective communication across the production area to maintain smooth workflow and operational continuity.
 

Requirements

Microsoft Office
 

1. Education

  • High-School Diploma/Technical School Degree (preferably mechanical or electrical).
  • Good Ms Office Knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good English knowledge.

2. Work experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
