Quant Lab Private Capital Co is looking for a Payroll Specialist.

Responsibilities
Processing of clients' payroll and generation of official payroll statements.
Accurate calculation of gross / net salaries, withholding taxes, and social security contributions.
Full management of hires, terminations, changes in employment status, annual leaves, shift scheduling, and all mandatory submissions to the ERGANI portal.
Continuous monitoring and implementation of updates in Greek labor, insurance, and tax legislation.
Maintenance of personnel files, employee records, and employment contracts.
Preparation and submission of mandatory filings to tax and social security authorities (APD, FMY, FEE, etc.).
Direct communication and resolution of matters with public bodies and labor authorities such as DYPA, SEPE, and EFKA.
Proficient daily use of Epsilon net payroll software.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality management systems and internal workflow processes
Requirements
Payroll
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an AEI/TEI.
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a corporate accounting department or 3 years in an accounting firm.
Good knowledge of Greek Labor and Insurance legislation
Advanced computer literacy, with expertise in MS Excel.
Fluency in both Greek and English (written and verbal).
Strong analytical and goal-oriented mindset, with a high sense of responsibility for meeting deadlines.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Completed military obligations (for male candidates).
