Ø Conduct on-site customer audits to assess needs and demonstrate the value of company’s packaging solutions.
Ø Advise customers on optimizing pallet wrapping machines using company’s films to improve load stability, pallet quality with minimized material usage.
Ø Technically manage and develop a portfolio of existing and new customers, ensuring efficient operations and high levels of satisfaction.
Ø Collaborate closely with other sales engineers to provide consistent, high-quality service.
Ø Collaborate closely with the R&D and Quality Department
Ø Maintain strong relationships with pallet wrapping machine suppliers to support the optimal integration of company’s products.
Ø Deliver operator training at customer sites to improve user knowledge and efficiency.
Ø Act as the technical liaison between customers and Megaplast to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Ø Travel regularly within Greece and other European countries. (70% travelling abroad)
