We are currently looking for an Insurance Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities

Work in close cooperation with Business Segments to address insurance needs, design respective insurance programs and implement them in line with Group's Insurance Policy regarding Energy projects on a Global scale.
Participate in the process of identification and quantification of risks in close cooperation with Project Managers, Brokers or Insurance Companies and other involved parties.
Act as liaison between the brokers/insurers and the Company.
Participate in cost assessment, preparation of proposal Forms, Reports and generally all correspondence related to insurance matters.
Monitor compliance with contractual insurance requirements as well as any insurance policies provisions.
Follow up the timely settlement of pending matters relevant to insurance programs.
Participate in the handling and settlement of claims.
Develop / update processes related to insurance.

2-3 years of working experience in Insurance Company, Insurance Broker or Corporate Insurance Department preferably in the Energy Sector (Construction/Renewables).
Degree preferably in Engineering or Statistics & Insurance.
Very good interpersonal, verbal & written communication both in Greek and English, and excellent knowledge of insurance terminology.
Ability to meet strict timelines cognizant of business needs and constraints.
High attention to detail, self-driven, results-oriented, and action-focused.
