We are looking for a dedicated Presales Engineer to join our dynamic team!

As a Presales Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing integrated solutions based on the investigation of customer needs and in collaboration with our sales department and suppliers.

This is a full-time position, with a five-day, 8-hour work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

Coordination with Sales Team: Regularly communicate with our team of 25 sales representatives to support their client interactions by preparing detailed offers and creating customized plans that address specific customer requirements.
Needs Assessment & Technical Preparation: Conduct field research to understand customer needs, gather relevant technical data, and collaborate with our Sales Department and suppliers to prepare comprehensive proposals.
System Design & Integration: Participate in designing and configuring systems, integrating individual units to create cohesive solutions for our clients.
Client Presentation: Deliver effective presentations of the full solution, including its technical specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations.

Requirements

Design

Sales

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation Engineering or a related field.
Understanding or drafting electrical/mechanical drawing.
Excellent computer skills.
Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral and written communication).
Analytical and structured thinking, observation with an emphasis on detail.
Team spirit and a high sense of responsibility.
Dynamic, pleasant and active personality with flexibility and developed communication skills.
Possibility of domestic and international travel.
Ability to write technical reports.
Experience in a similar position desirable not necessary.
