JEPA is currently seeking for an experienced Plumbing & Fire Protection Engineer to join our growing team!

Responsibilities

Prepares updates and checks detailed calculations for Public Health systems including Plumbing, Sewage, Drainage, Fire Fighting and Gas.
Prepares AutoCAD drawings using company design and CAD standards
Ensures contractual technical specifications are met by the suppliers (reviewing vendor documents)
Adheres to the committed man/hours and budget for his design area
Ensures timely internal and external reporting on engineering activities to the group leader.
Meets quality objectives of the project
Interfaces with other discipline specialist engineers and possibly project support
Communicates with clients and other team disciplines (Architects, Structural engineers, Lighting designers, LEED consultants etc.)
Reviews and understands other discipline drawings (architectural, structural, landscape etc.)

Requirements

AutoCAD

Autodesk Revit

Design

Mechanical Engineering

Mechanical Engineering Degree or Diploma
5+ years of experience in Public Health Design
Problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills, time management and organizational skills
Design / Drafting software experience (AUTOCAD etc.)
Knowledge of general software (MS Office, Outlook etc.)
Knowledge of local standards, codes and rules & regulations
Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple project responsibilities
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Fluent in Greek (written and spoken)
