Euploia Drydocks & Services Ltd is a well established company of highly experienced and qualified managers in the Marine Services, specializing in Ship Repairs and Conversions. Our core business is to provide Repair Services through our Worldwide Network of Leading Shipyards, Workshops, and Co-operating Companies. Our Products and Services Portfolio extends to the field of Marine Equipment, Spare Parts, BWTS, SCRUBBERS, Lubricants, Bunker, Safety Products & Services. Our mission is to provide the local shipping industry with high quality level of products and services accompanied with timely deliveries and competitive prices, honoring always our contractual commitments.

We are currently looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our Spare Parts Department.

Responsibilities

  • To promote and market the products and services of the company. 
  • To visit customers alone or accompanying company’s principals and maintain good contacts with them via email, telecommunication, etc. in order to receive enquiries for company’s products & services.
  • To process these enquiries from enquiry to offer all the way through to invoice stage where applicable.
  • To follow up quotations with the customer and convey feedback to the Management / Principal / Spare Parts Operations Manager as necessary, to increase chances to be awarded with the order.
  • To do this in effect involves all Principal, Supplier, Customer, forwarding agents interaction through all the sales processes including but not limited to enquiry, quotation, order receipt & acknowledgement, request for readiness, dispatch, freight tracking, documentation legalization where applicable, invoicing, etc., in co-operation with the Dept.’s Operations Manager and dedicated Operators. 
  • Creation and control of all filing systems for customer sales & service cases and all relevant office paperwork & complete of office relevant files.
  • To maximise cases of the Company through personal calls and telephone follow ups with customers
  • To take part in programmed incentive dinners with clients in order to reward past performance and stimulate future business.
  • Exceptionally, travelling to principals’ premises might be required for training reasons.
  • Responsible for the approval of the risks and opportunities and of the action plans for their addressment of the various companies and departments.
  • To assist in all official Seminars and Presentations made by the Company. 
  • To back- up other colleagues within the same department in case of absence and ensure smooth flow of operations.
  • To facilitate the Quality Manager for the most efficient implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 system.

Requirements

Account Management
  • College or University Degree in technical or maritime related studies
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • Highly skilled in interpersonal interactions and professional communication
