doValue Real Estate is seeking an experienced Senior Valuer to join our growing Valuations & Advisory team. This role is ideal for a certified professional with extensive experience in property valuations, underwriting, and repositioning. The successful candidate will contribute to large-scale valuation projects, collaborate with a dynamic team, and support advisory services that drive key investment decisions.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Valuer, you will:

Lead and oversee property valuation projects, including underwriting and repositioning strategies.
Deliver certified valuation reports compliant with TEGOVA, RICS, or Ministry of Finance standards.
Conduct thorough market analysis and data interpretation to support accurate valuations.
Review and validate valuation reports prepared by external partners.
Present valuation insights to clients and investors in Greek and English.
Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on valuation methodologies and best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality advisory solutions.

Certified as a Recognised European Valuer (REV), RICS Chartered Valuer, or Ministry of Finance-accredited valuer (mandatory).
7+ years of proven experience in real estate valuations and advisory services.
Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Project Management, or Economics.
Advanced knowledge of valuation methodologies (cost, income, and sales comparison approaches).
Proficient in property valuation software and tools.
Strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills.
Fluency in English.
