doValue Real Estate is seeking skilled engineers to join our REO Management team, supporting the management of properties on behalf of asset owners who have acquired portfolios of non-performing loans. We are hiring 1 engineer for contracts and 1 engineer for technical due diligence, review and maturity of properties to review technical inspections, ensure legal compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize asset management processes.

Responsibilities

For Contracts (Documentation):

  • Review technical inspections , ensure the accuracy of reports provided by external collaborators and coordinate with notaries and buyers engineers for any technical issues in reference to the properties to be sold.
  • Verify property compliance with legal frameworks and support the legalization of real estate assets.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to facilitate the preparation of contracts and notarization processes.
  • Ensure all documentation aligns with regulatory requirements and company standards.

For Technical due diligence and maturity of assets:

  • Review technical inspections and ensure the accuracy of reports provided by external collaborators.
  • Verify property compliance with legal frameworks and support the legalization of real estate assets.
  • Conduct technical inspections to verify asset conditions and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Collaborate with the valuations team to ensure accurate property assessments for asset management.

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Architecture, or related fields.
  • Experience:
    • For Contracts: 3+ years of experience in property legalization, technical inspections, or asset documentation.
    • For Technical due diligence and maturity of assets: 3+ years of experience in technical assessments, or related roles.
  • Proficient in reviewing and interpreting technical reports and legal documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of property legislation, compliance, and regulatory frameworks in Greece.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with external partners and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in software tools for property management and documentation.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (mandatory).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
