GDM Assets is a construction company, specializing in building construction on both private and public projects. We are seeking a motivated Site Manager to join our team. The position is suitable for those interested in gaining comprehensive experience in the construction of public and private/investment projects and actively contributing to shaping the processes of a fast growing construction company.

Responsibilities

Organization and coordination of project personnel
Contractual management of the project
Submission of documents (monthly certifications, progress reports, project schedule updates, letters of information and negotiation of supplementary contracts or additional works)
Execution of tasks according to the project schedule and technical specifications
Updating the project's financial details
Monitoring the progress of the project and its completion within budget
Monitoring, drafting tenders, and archiving project correspondence
Participation in drafting studies for company investment initiatives (e.g., development laws, NSRF, private constructions)

Requirements

Building Construction

Engineering

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (AEI/TEI)
4+ years of proven experience as a Site Manager
Excellent knowledge of basic computer applications (MS Office) and CAD
Excellent command of the English language
Knowledge of project management software (MS Project)
Organizational and communication skills
Analytical thinking

Good to have
