GDM Assets is a construction company, specializing in building construction on both private and public projects. We are seeking a motivated Technical Director to join our team.

The position requires a six-day work week (Monday-Saturday).

Responsibilities

Coordinating projects and construction teams, contractors, suppliers and partners.
Managing company contracts and projects.
Communicating effectively with construction teams to resolve any technical issues required.
Managing multiple projects and resources to achieve corporate goals within set timelines and financial objectives.

Project Management

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (AEI/TEI)
10+ years of experience on handling construction projects
Basic knowledge of public law (4412/16)
Excellent organizational skills
