MARNET S.A. is an engineering consultancy company with more than 30 years’ experience in a wide range of services in the sectors of port and harbor engineering, marina development and planning, coastal and environmental engineering, as well as structural and MEP design. MARNET provides services to various public and private entities and organizations in Greece, while it has also undertaken projects in Cyprus, Montenegro, Albania, Algeria, Saudi Arabia and UAE.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team in Athens and take up the role of an Environmental Engineer.

Responsibilities

Conduct Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) studies, including desk data collection, assessment, and reporting.
Carry out Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment (SEIA) studies related to ports, harbors, and marinas, including desk data collection, assessment, and reporting.
Prepare memos, replies, and technical reports regarding environmental studies for presentation and permitting purposes for various clients and authorities.

University Degree (“AEI” in Greek) in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or any other related engineering field.
At least 4 years of working experience in Environmental Studies.
Strong report writing skills.
Good organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in AUTODESK AUTOCAD and MS Office.
Fluency in Greek & English.

Good to have

Experience in Environmental Studies related to ports, harbors, and marinas will be considered an advantage.
