We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the successful execution of wind farm construction projects. The ideal candidate will be directly responsible for all site-related activities from the establishment of the site through the handover to the customer, ensuring project goals are met in terms of time, budget, and quality.

Responsibilities

Directly responsible on site for all site-related activities along the project execution phase from site establishment to the handover of the wind farm to the customer
Close cooperation with the Project Manager in planning, preparation, establishment and execution of all construction phases and site activities
Ability to communicate with Customer and all site personnel in a professional manner
Experience working with multiple Contractors/SubContractors to drive construction activities to time and budget.
To manage as effectively as possible all construction activities on-site and best use of plant & labor resources.
Assess potential risks, materials and costs
To prepare, review monthly invoices and contractual payment milestones in conjunction with the Project Manager to fulfill contractual terms.
Resolve or recommend solutions to overcome operational problems and ensure client satisfaction.
To be responsible for all aspects of Health, Safety & Environmental issues for site activities.
Deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required

Requirements

Engineering

Wind Farms Construction

University Degree in Civil Engineering (AEI/TEI), member of Technical Chamber of Greece
At least 5 years’ experience in Civil Works in Energy Sector and civil Infrastructures
Experience as Site or Construction Manager in Civil works (Energy Sector) will be appreciated
Very good knowledge of AutoCAD / MS Project
Positive and Proactive attitude, effective time management and initiative/personal drive to perform all required tasks
Excellent use of English Language
Driving License
